I am a looong time user of MyFonts. which I dearly love.
I tried to install My Fonts on my new Vista (yuk) system and get error message, "Failed to set data for ‘Id.’" I copied the license file over to the new system.
Is there a way to make My Fonts work?
Will my font groups on MY Fonts work in Main Type? The idea of re-categorizing all 800 fonts is making me ill.

You can try to right-click the application icon (or MyFonts.exe), and then select “Run as administrator”.
How did you group your fonts? Did you add them to FontPacks?

Yes, they were put into a dozen or so FontPacks. Will copying them over to Main Type work?

No, right now there in no way of importing those FontPacks.
