Wrong size?

Hi!
I’m trying to play around a little with FontCreator before I use it for own projects, but ran in to a problem; If I open a font and then (without changing it) save as ttf, the original and the new font is not identical. This shows mostly in size -18. The original font (I think) looks thinner and the spacing seems wrong.

How can I solve this?

Please make sure you are running the latest version, as previous versions had problems that seem to relate to your mentioned issue.
