Lock Individual Guides

I would like an option to lock individual guides as well as to lock all guides. I set guides for snapping to Cap Height, x-Height, and Baseline. Equally useful would be to snap to metric lines; one can lock them, but snapping is not an option.

My screenshot is a mockup. This has not yet been implemented. One can lock all guides or none; not individual guides.

Oh. it looked convincing.
May I add that it would be nicer to add custom name to each guide? that would be very neat
