Open multi font files in one project

Hi,
How to open two or more different languages font files in one project, for example: Arabic,and Latin:
designer 1 have (A. fcp) Arabic file.
designer 2 have (F. otf) Latin file (or say F. fcp) whatever the format is.
if designer 1 want to include A. fcp with designer 2 font file (after agreement) in one project.... how will make it, I am not sure if this thing available in FC. I have the suggestion in the image below. Thanks
