A First Font

Post by D_Spider »

Here's my first font, "carpentry." I printed it out as a reference page, and scanned that (at 400 ppi, the printing-resolution) and then I had to reduce the resolution for the web, which is to say I didn't mean for it to be so big!

I use my computer to draw in detail the things I'm about to make, the latest being a computer-desk for my husband. Now, thanks to Font Creator, I'll no longer have to fuss with WordPerfect-Typographic-Symbols' inadequate supply of fractions.

(I seem unable to get the image above to appear without your having to click on the link. How does the work?)

Thank you, Bhikkhu!

Now I know about [img]s. It's good to learn.
