Kerning Pairs in OTF

Kerning Pairs in OTF

Great new version - just noticed a bug. OpenType fonts all report 0 kerning pairs in the information window. Truetyoe & Type 1 report as expected.

Right now MainType reads kerning information from the 'kern' table. MainType doesn't support GPOS kerning yet.
