MainType 3.0 won't register with valid code

has High_Logic invalidated my software? it wasn't supposed to be a subscription.

I can't tell based on the information you provided, so I'll look into this on Monday.
In the mean time it might help if you give some more details.

I've just checked things on our side, but it seems your registration code for version 3 should work just fine with MainType 3.
Did you use it on an other version of MainType?
