Hi living in Ecuador and another timezone
Wonder how your support and service for webshop are open? Have sent request for crossgrade regarding MainType and feals quite urgent... thought you had 24-7

It is 9:30 pm here in the UK, and 10:30 pm in the Netherlands where Erwin is based. As far as I know, he is the only one who can process orders, so you may have to wait another 12 hours yet.
I help out in my free time, but I am just another user, so I can nothing about orders.
