3 Questions for MainType Pro 8

Hi!

I am just starting to organize and categorize my fonts with MainType and I've got some questions.

1. Backup/Restore: I used the FMSConfig Util to create a backup of my current catalog. Does this backup EVERYTHING (tags, fonts, etc.)?

2. Some of my font titles are showing in red. Why is this happening? [Screenshot 1}

3. What causes font titles to hover near the top of its line instead of in the middle? {Screenshot 2}

1. Yes. See Synchronise your PCs
2. From the help file: “MainType flags (optionally in red) any fonts that don’t include all characters typed in the preview text field.”
3. Some fonts have unusual font metrics. One can fix them using FontCreator.
