Installing folder with subfolders

I have a lot of fonts placed in sub (sub) folders. Is there a way to install all fonts in a folder tree from the "Groups" Panel?

Yes, that can be done quite easily.
Select the specific main folder. Ensure you've enabled "recursion", as that allows you to view fonts from a folder and all it's subfolders in a single view. Now click the Install icon through the groups toolbar.
