Registration Code Not Received

Registration Code Not Received
I purchased the license for MainType 11 Professional on 26 Feb and have not received the email with the registration code yet, 28 Feb. I did receive the order confirmation to the same email. I checked spam; not there. I followed up with an email to Customer Support this morning. No reply as yet. Also I attempted to retrieve the registration code via the link and it says no registration code exists. Could someone please direct me?
