IBM Flex Fonts Fail to Load

After reading about them on TypeDrawers, I downloaded 16 fonts from
GitHub. However, none of them will load in FontCreator.

The TTF versions suffer from the same problem.

They open just fine with the latest development release.
Which version do you use?
It might be time to release another update if this is something that has been fixed in between...

I am using FC 11.5 build 2423. Check for updates tells me that I am using the latest version.

The problem is with my browser. The latest Vivaldi Snapshot is not getting the whole file for some reason. Downloading with Opera 12.18 works fine.

I get the same error when trying to open IBMPlexSerif-Bold.otf downloaded with Vivaldi 1.14.1077.55 (the newest stable channel version).
The Vivaldi download is only 37.2 KB. Downloading with MS Edge gives me a 108 KB File which opens without error in FontCreator 11.5.0.2422.

Very strange, but good to know it isn’t a FontCreator issue.

This is misleading. You must have opened each link and clicked on the download button.
Using Edge, Save target as.. saves an HTML file.

In the past couple weeks, I have gotten incomplete downloads on large ZIP files on three separate occasions using Vivaldi's current public release. Subsequent tries on the same ZIP files completed correctly. I just chalked it up to Internet weirdness on my end.

Apologies if my description was confusingly brief! When I said “Downloading with MS Edge”, I was referring to the download of the linked OTF file. As you observed, ‘Save target as...’ from the link doesn’t get the font file.
