Can't open Scanahand ...

Post by ScrapMel »

When I try to open it I get this error:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item.

I am trying to use the trial version ... is there something I am missing?

Too many things can go wrong, so please provide us with some more information.

What version of Windows you are running?

When did you start using the computer?

Do you noticed this error when you try to install Scanahand, or when you want to start the application?

Are one or more related files stored on a network drive?

Have you seen this error wit other application as well, or is this the first time?

I did go into my SpyDoctor program and clicked to 'allow' the process ... and I was able to start the application. but i just don't know why it was triggering a message to begin with?
