A fun problem

Post by vanisaac »

I've been designing an integrated typeface, with a serifed, italic, small caps, and sans, which I want to be able to access as a single font in my word processor as the regular, italic, bold, and bold italic, in that order. I've been unable to get my computer to even recognize that I have four different ttf files that comprise the whole font "family". Does anyone know if there are tricks? The font is available here. (warning, even as a compressed zip it's still 100k) If you can find anything I've done wrong, please tell.

To fix your family problem, you should try to use the AutoNaming feature for all fonts. This ensures correct naming values.

Note: the italic and the bold italic fonts should also have an non zero italicAngle value. On the Format menu, click Settings, and then click the Post tab to modify this field.

Let us know your results.
