Eliminating white in intersecting contours or Fill option

Hi,
Is there any easy way to fill the white out area that happens when two contours intersect?

Is there an option to prevent this from happening or a feature to easily fill it in?

I noticed that it does not seem to happen when you use contours from the sample toolbar.

Change the direction of one of the intersecting contours. Both contours should have the same direction, clockwise or counter clockwise. Please note that intersecting contours are considered bad design.
