modify an existing pixelfont

I downloaded a pixelfont, to use in flash, i realy like it but one letter ("m") is ugly..now I want to change it....but in the way that it remains an exact pixelfont.
Is there a way to set up the grid in the way that the nwe created points fit exactly to the screen's pixel?
