Mapping Changes after moving Font to Laptop

I just downloaded the FCP to my laptop and copied my New Font Arial Farsi to the thumb drive and copied it to the laptop. Surprise! The mappings have changed! I checked the platform, Naming and everything I could think of, but the characters have differtent nos. For example on PC A is 65 (Unicode Mapping), on Laptop A is$0041! Please tell me what I did wrong. Thanks

Select Options from the Tools menu. On the General page change the number format. The values can be Decimal or Hexadecimal.

Hello Erwin and thanks for the prompt response and the tip. It worked! It's clear that you do value your client's time and effort and your promise to them. That seems to be rare these days! I wish others who claim to provide you with support would learn from you. The world of computers would be much more enjoyable indeed.
