Guidelines Options window doesn't open

Thought I'd post this here before calling it a bug:

When I try to access Guidelines Options (through menu or double-clicking the rulers), the program pauses for a bit before returning a dialog box saying:

Unable to insert a line.

This happens regardless of what set of program windows I have open. I'm using the current version (4.1.11.159.63) on Windows 98 SE with 512kB RAM on an AMD Duron 1.6GHz.

Most likely your guidelines data is corrupt. To solve this delete guidelines.dat located in the Font Creator Program install folder.
