I am using Windows 8 & MS office 2003, so not working TEST TTF/OTF ?

I don't think it's a surprise that a script that has been recently added isn't supported in 13 year old software
Tirhuta has been added to OpenType specification version 1.7 which was officially released March 2015.
It is also good to know Windows text rendering for complex script is implemented in usp10.dll which is known as the the Uniscribe Unicode script processor library.
It works just fine on my main computer, running Windows 10 and Word 2016. It has usp10.dll version 10.0.10586.0 dated 2015-10-30.
It won't work on my old PC, running Windows 7 and Word 2007.
