How to create a reverse image of a glyph

I have the Pro version of Font Creator and I'm trying to find a way to create the reverse image of a glyph. What I mean is this, if I take a dingbat glyph such as a circle, when I display that glyph the circle will be black and the surround will be transparent (all very normal). What I would like to be able to do is quickly generate a reverse glyph so that the circle is transparent and the surround is black.

I thought it would be easy and I will confess to being new to using Font Creator, however the solution has not come to me. I should state that it is important to be able to convert existing glyphs and not have to redraw each one.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Change the directions of the existing contours and draw a square behind the glyph.
