Yellow Line and Preview Size

Post by Leslie_SS »

Does anyone know why I have this yellow line above one of my letters? Also, why they are all showing up tiny in the preview boxes? Thanks so much.

  • The orange line indicates that the glyph has been tagged. Press Ctrl+2 to toggle the tag off.
  • The small size of the lowercase i is because the glyph is small compared to the maximum vertical extent of your font between WinAscent and WinDescent. Either that or you have zoomed out with Ctrl+Shift+Minus. Press Ctrl+0 to reset the zoom. Use the Font Information Dialogue to find the glyphs with Y Max and Y Min. Use Font Properties, Metrics, Maximum, Calculate to reduce the extents to the minimum required to fit all glyphs between WinAscent and WinDescent.
See Keyboard Shortcuts in help.
