Some FC5 fonts will not install via Suitcase 9.2 (PC/WIN)

Hi - I am a new user - I hope I am posting in the correct forum.

I have created a few fonts with HLFC5. Some of those fonts WILL install via Extensis Suitcase 9.2 and some will NOT. They WILL all install via the normal MS Windows fonts folder, but I'm an organizing fanatic.

Is there a step I am missing / forgetting / not knowing in my font making?
It seems so simple - but so discouraging. Any help out there?
What am I doing wrong?????
