How to Add Latin Glyphs?

I have searched as best as possible on how to add Latin character set I've found nothing. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to add Latin character set after of the basic character set. I'm on version 9 pro.

Here's my way to add a character set... more like a stupid way, I guess?

Insert -> Characters...

For example if you wanna add Latin Extended-A, double-click the first character and its last character and you'll see it shows "$0100,$0170" in Code Point bar. Then replace , to -.
