The font validation wizard can detect and tag glyphs with intersecting co-ordinates, but they must be fixed manually.

If you look at any intersecting co-ordinate error and fix it manually you may understand why automating the process would not be desirable even if it were possible.
BTW: What does this topic have to do with anchors?
