copied object is too big

helo, please help me...couple days ago I still able to copy from affinity designer and pasted to fontcreator with the right size. But now it become so big. ...how can I fix this ?...any help will be appreciated..thanks..

Change the Exchange values for Vector based Images in Options from the Tools menu.

It looks like the help file screenshot needs updating.

Then change the pixels per em value.
