Here's an example of an issue I'm having with a font I designed:
You can see the slight bumps where the glyphs overlap:
I'm not sure why it's doing this. In fact, I'm having a hard time replicating it. It doesn't do this in Word, for example. The glyphs themselves are certainly exactly aligned, down to the pixel.
Any idea what this is, and how I can avoid it? Thanks.

I guess that it may be a side-effect of hinting. Try testing the font after exporting it without hinting.
