Hi,
I have created my own font to map the keyboard keys. When I want to select the font e.g. in the Microsoft Office programs, the name of the font appears in the keyboard keys.
I also have a keyboard font KeyCaps, there it is exactly the same and a keyboard font Keystroke, there the name is displayed in "normal" font.
The Leelawandee font (not a keyboard font) even shows some symbols behind the actual name.
Can I set this for my font as well?
Thanks for help in advance

Re: Font display in Office
Hi Bhikkhu,
Thanks for the hint, in the linked thread shown procedure:
- Choose "Tools -> Customize
- On the "Customize" dialog select the "Options" tab
- Uncheck "List font names in their font".
fails for me, because I don't have these entries in the menu. Could it be that they are not present in the Home Edition?
I have used the FixFontFolder Untility, but it does not work.

Re: Font display in Office
I think FiFo is no longer useful.
Did you add the correct glyphs to your font?

Re: Font display in Office
It is a setting in Word.
You either need to make a Symbol font, or ensure the characters in the font's name are also included as glyphs in the font.
Re: Font display in Office
thank you, I understand, but this menu item does not seem to exist anymore in Office 2019

Re: Font display in Office
Maybe it depends on the Unicode Character Ranges in the font. But I don't think your goal is to include Greek or Arabic.
Re: Font display in Office
Hi Erwin, just set up my PC again, so sorry for the late reply.
The display I understood, naive as I am, I thought you could display the display at symbol fonts with the name in normal font and then show some patterns
