3 questions in variable font

1. Copying and pasting a regular project, to a variable font project, is not done correctly - the characters remain as they were and are not replaced
2. Creating a profit in the master affects all the masters, is there a way to control each one individually
3. The order presented by the masters does not appear to me in the correct hierarchy as can be seen in the picture

1. Can you please further explain what you feel goes wrong? Have you tried Paste Special from the Edit menu?

2. Disable "Edit across layers".

3. The order is probably determined by the order as shown in the Masters tab on the Font Properties panel. We might add some way of reordering them.

First and second answers helped me, the third problem is not solved it is a bit exhausting that it is not in the right order - I would love to be updated on how to solve it
