I have been reading the following blog post.

http://blogs.adobe.com/typblography/200 ... er_10.html

I am wondering whether this means that Flash Player 10 would be usable as a way to test ligature substitution in OpenType fonts for those of us who do not have access to such packages as InDesign?

Or would it be the case that one would also need access to (an expensive version of) a Flash swf file generator in order to produce the swf file for the Flash Player 10 to display?

Any ideas?

In any case, hopefully the link to the blog post will be of interest anyway.
