Are any cover discs of OpenType-aware software available?

Are any cover discs of OpenType-aware software available?

Years ago I had a cover disc from a magazine which had a learning version of Adobe Photoshop: that is, it allowed one to learn how to use the controls yet not to save anything.

Does anyone know if there are any cover discs of learning versions of Adobe InDesign and other OpenType-aware software available?

If you notice such an item on a magazine cover, could you possibly post details in this thread please?
