Re: Fonts in use in San Gimignano

Post by William »

Here is a view of some buildings when approaching San Gimignano from the north.

There is some lettering on the side of one of the buildings. Going full screen and zooming-in three times produces the best display.

This view is through some tree branches, yet all of the letters are displayed.

The views from further along the road each show some of the letters more clearly, but there is some distortion on other letters.

Please note the flat tops to the figures 3, the use of full stops for abbreviations and the design of the letters N.
