Fonts in use in America

I noticed this rather fine use of swash italic capitals on a sign in Trafford, Pennsylvania.

Zooming-in and making the display full screen may be useful as the weather was somewhat overcast when the picture was gathered.
Any ideas as to which font is being used please?
