Seems like some variation of Franklin Gothic (Demi/Semi) Condensed by (URW/ITC/Monotype/Adobe).

Square cross bar on /t important. Could be slightly compressed letters with wider letter spacing from post-processing. Angle cut on /e and /c confirms "not exact version" too.
