Need this font - tried the online sites

Hi all,
First post - i need to know what font this is please. I have tried the various sites such as What Font is and FontSquirrel but the results i am getting are reasonable but not close enough at all. Perhaps it is because i don't know how to edit the image to try and isolate the words as much as possible - i have tried to learn but it is proving difficult. When i am uploading the image to try and minimise i am only selecting 4 or 5 characters anyway which i thought was the right thing to do. Anyway if anyone can help that would be great.
