Paste Special Dialogue to Remember its Last Used Setting

A small change that could save some time.

I rarely use the default settings, and tend to use the same settings for Paste Special each time, but have to change them each time I use it.

It would be better if the dialogue remembered the user's last used settings.

The Font Properties dialogue and the FontCreator Options dialogues also remember their last used tabs.

Small changes, but nevertheless it all helps to save a few key strokes.
