Sometimes Main Type brings up a message about 'Want to make your own fonts ? Why not give Font Creator a try ?'.

Surely there is some way of supressing this message if Font Creator is already installed or indeed if Main Type has been launched from Font Creator.

Just a thought.

I thought there already was such check, but it might no longer work.

Maybe it has something to do with the other piece of software which I am testing out at the moment.

Yes this is quite irritating and it continues to happen in the latest release of Maintype 7.

We have it fixed in MainType 8.
