[CLOSED] 64 bit open type feature can't be moved up or down

64 bit is really cool & fast but it has a problem I just faced it. Features cant be moved up or down to apply according to priority. Features are added in Alphabetic sequence.

Priority is per lookup, not per feature. So the order in which lookups are defined is also the order in which they are processed by host applications.

The Up and Down Arrows are enabled for Lookups, but greyed out for Features.

The tooltips look like they need fixing. That's apparently left over from earlier versions.

Yes, the hints need to be updated. This will be taken care of with the next upcoming release.
