[FIXED] Crash when trying to Export TTF/OFT

Post by planteen »

I took the NotoSans-Regular font and deleted all Unicode blocks other than Basic Latin. I then deleted all unused glyphs. So I am left with 95 code points and 97 glyphs. I try to export this as a TTF/OTF and get a crash:
Access violation at address 0000000000DB3D82 in module
'FontCreator.exe''. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Nothing strange on the Export parameters. I'm running version 11.5.0.2422 (64-bit) registered (FontCreator Standard Edition) on Windows 10.

I attached a screenshot of my export parameters and also the TTF/FCP project.

The export parameters are included in the font project file.

You deleted the .notdef glyph, which is required, but it still crashes on export if that is replaced from the original.
