I would like to customise the actual template header - since I can use the software commercially I'd like to be able to use templates with my own logo on, not scanahands. Is this or will this be possible?
(I mean directly in the software, not by editing a version output to jpg or pdf or similar.)
thanks.

We have no intentions to allow custom logos, or other custom changes to the template headers.

Erwin,
If you allow commercial usage and force us to display your website, our customers may go to your website and decide to purchase the software themselves. By not allowing us to customize the headers, you will be effectively saying that you want to take our customers away from us, the people who purchase the "business" version of your software.

We don't have a business edition, but we can make custom templates. If you're interested, do contact me. Please include specific details, and I'll give you a quote.
