creating a multi-language font

I was wondering if it is possible and if so, how I would go about combining two fonts from two different languages together into one font. I know Microsoft's Arial Unicode font combines several fonts from different languages together so I am wondering if it is possible with Font Creator. Any help is greatly appreciated!
