Can anyone ID the font used in the Sega Harmony magazine logo? This is a bit of a challenge, because of how low-res the image is. I have tried separating the letters and using several websites but I haven't been able to find a good match.

That detail seems to be pretty much the only distinguishing feature in your font sample!

That is an incredibly bad scan.
