In Open Type Designer there is the facility to set the colour of the glyphs, I set it to 20% Grey and this is very useful but it would be nice if the outlines of both glyphs were to show through where they overlap.
At the moment where glyphs overlap one is drawn on top of the other one and obscures the glyph 'behind' it. If it could be made so that both outlines show through then it would make aligning ogonek diacritics easier.
If it is simple to do then it's worth doing but if it is a lot of work then maybe not because it is only useful for the alignment of the ogonek attachment point. I can't think of any other circumstance where this change would be useful.

Try disabling the glyph fill.

Good call Bhikkhu Pesala !
This solves the problem without Erwin needing to do anything, I had seen the tick boxes, I just didn't think to try them, silly me!
