Font Management in Free Version

i perfectly understand the font limit in free version (2,500?)

but how how does that work in pracrtice?

ie MT happily loaded some 4,000 fonts (most of which i should get rid of really)

so how is the 2,500 limit applied in practice?

If I remember rightly, the free version is the fully featured Pro version during the 30-day trial period, so you can evaluate it to see if it suits your needs before purchase.

That is how it used to be, but now it is working as shown here:

that helps me not one bit. that is just a version comparision (which i have seen before)

it does NOT tell me or explain JUST HOW THE 2500 FONT LIMIT ACTUALLY WORKS!
