Hi
There is a problem in the position of 'a format control character' [end of ayah (symbol)] Unicode value "$06DD".
It doesn't follow the position defined in the contour. Files have been attached for your reference.
Zip file contains an InDesign file, font creator project file & ttf files.

Re: Incorrect Position of Base Character
It does seem to work as expected in a web browser, which uses the de-facto shaping engine. To me that indicates the problem is due to issues within InDesign.
Adobe software is buggy with respect to complex fonts, like yours, but they continue to improve their software. Either use the most recent version of Adobe InDesign or report the issue to them, so they can fix it.
