MainType 11.0 reinstallation - license keys not recognized

Hello,

Background:
Installing to a new PC. I bought a Standard Edition license for 11.0 in April 2022, and Professional Upgrade license September 2022. Both of those worked fine on my 2022 Windows 10 PC.

The new PC is also running Windows 10. I downloaded the current download for 11.0 from here https://www.high-logic.com/registration-codes and installed it. It runs fine but does not recognize either of the above licenses. I went to the original PC and followed the procedure to remove the licensing from that PC and then tried again on the new PC, but that made no difference.

I'm not sure what to try next.
