Refresh not working

I've noticed since the recent update that if I manually attempt to refresh my font folders, nothing happens. Usually I'd get the notification at the bottom right of the screen as it processed new fonts, etc. But now, nothing happens.... It seems the only choice I have is to stop the background process and restart it.

What do you see when you try this from within the Font Folders window in MainType?

The notification panel will only appear if the refresh takes more than a second, so if it is fast, it won't show.
