When using the software, the font is displayed in vectors nicely, but when I click on Test Font to TTF, the font is pixelated.
Why is it like this?

It depends on hinting settings, so maybe it helps if you click the Default button for Hinting on the Font Properties -> Masters tab.

Re: "Test Font" displays pixelated
From my experience, fonts will look a lot better with high-dpi monitors. For example Mac computers ignore hinting data.
Anyway, if you really want smoothing with all font sizes, then remove the middle one with the Limit set to 17. And if you really want to improve readability, then consider adding hints manually with VTT.

Not better.

I am not sure why, but maybe the rasterizer does use some other default settings.
