Web-Font Copyright.

I want to provoke a discussion about the copyright in the fonts that are uploaded to the websites.
As everyone knows, many websites use fonts instead of images, for several purposes, one of which is if they want to give the user the option to type and test the font.
Let's say you have a website with 1,000 fonts in a variety of styles, you also have the option of typing and checking the font and glyphs, each font costs $100.
What can be done, if we upload the font to the site, all users will be able to download it, and if we don't upload the font, we won't be able to type.
We need to find a way that we can upload the font, but whoever downloads it will receive a font that is unusable, and that cannot be fixed so easily.
Does anyone have an idea?
