Prismatic Style Font w/ Serf's In Need....HELP!!!

Good Morning All,
I am new to the board, I came across this when I was searching for a Font I am needing for doing a main ID signage.
Usually the font used for a Prismatic type font is a Times Roman or Trajan Bold. I have a listed a image of what I am looking for.
