CJK characters full-width

Hello, I'm creating a Chinese font with FontCreator 15, where the CJK characters should be full-width (e.g. 2048 units) and punctuations half-width (1024 units). I expect the effect of the first line but it turns to be overlapping one another like it shows in the second line. Could anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
